Gouache-style illustration of two professionals collaborating at a worktable in a modern office. On the left, a woman with short blonde hair, wearing a navy blazer and white top, places a badge or device into a wooden box. On the right, a man with dark hair and beard, wearing a rolled-sleeve teal shirt, has his hands on a sturdy black case. Behind them is a blue poster featuring a network diagram, bookshelves, and glass walls revealing more office space. A white coffee mug and two notebooks rest on the table. The mood is focused and collegial, evoking teamwork and innovation.

Dame Alison Rose joins ThetaRay’s Advisory Board, bringing the former NatWest CEO’s frontline experience in trust, compliance, and digital transformation to a Cognitive AI company focused on stopping financial crime. Alongside Ilan Kaufthal and Marshall Lux, she will help guide ThetaRay’s push to modernise correspondent banking and secure cross-border payments. The move builds on Rose’s legacy of purpose-led banking, including her work on the Rose Review and expanding access to capital for underserved founders.
